Genille has had increasing pain in her ankle over the last several years. She was found to have ankle arthritis and she was told that she either had to live with her pain or have an ankle fusion. She was seen in our office and asked if there were any other options. We discussed the indications for an ankle replacement. Given her active lifestyle she was found to be a good candidate for an ankle replacement. She is very happy with her results and was back in a regular shoe and walking for exercise 2 months following her surgery.
